On Saturday, I was sad to see, once again on London Road, Brighton, the "beggars" were out yet again, only one selling the Big Issue, the rest huddled under blankets, two with dogs.
One young Indian lady, very well dressed, could have been an asylum seeker.
The rest held boards with caps to collect the money. I thought the police were dealing with these people.
I am still utterly appalled by the dangerous parking on double yellow lines in this road and not a sign of a warden.
