Against public opinion, Noble changed Palace to the Brighton Pier.
Now it wants to scupper the possibility of another pier in Brighton. Without the Lottery grant there is no way the West Pier will be restored.
Noble's legal action is just a delaying tactic. Noble is worried it may be hit where it hurts - in the pocket.
Follow my example, boycott "Brighton Pier" and show Noble what the people of Brighton and Hove want.
