A millionaire National Lottery winner who bought his own football team is to appear in an advert promoting the draw.
Mick Maplesden, 57, won £4 million on the lottery in 1997 and used the cash to buy Hastings Town FC, the team he had supported since he was seven.
He will feature in a television advert showing winners who used their wealth to live out their dreams.
Mr Maplesden, of The Ridge West, St Leonards, said: "You can look after your family and take care of them and indulge in a few of your own fantasies. Hastings Town is one of mine."
The advert shows Mr Maplesden, who is married with four children, experiencing the same emotions as any ordinary fan as he watches the non-league club lose 1-0.
