Over the past 25 years I have learned in business that to be successful you must give people a choice but listen to what they want, keep your premises clean and the surroundings pleasant and up-to-date.
You must always be prepared to put something back into the community that gives you and your family a living.
Don't be complacent, always be open to ways that will improve your business. Always lead, never move backwards and if something doesn't work, get rid of it.
Why can't our city be run in this way? The present system is not working because it is overloaded with red tape and bureaucracy.
The previous system had the same faults. Now we have an opportunity to change this. We can move forward with a mayor who we vote for and a cabinet with less red tape and more accountability. Let's make this choice for the city we deserve.
