How long must Brighton residents endure the filth in the hedgerows, roads and grass, the tipping of hardcore on what used to be walkways and the tipping of unknown substances on the remaining green?
Perhaps our local leaders will wake up in time to take credit, should there be any.
Or will they be willing to take the flak in the knowledge of what may lie ahead?
