Crawley overthrew reigning champions Chichester to lift the Sussex Under-13s League title at Withdean.
They finished 40 points ahead on 369 with Horsham 50 short of runners-up spot.
Chichester went down fighting and their 4x100m sprint relay team broke the League record when winning in 53.6sec.
Alex Dawkins (Horsham) set a new best in the discus with 29.53m.
Andrew Richardson (Chichester) won the high jump with 1.42m.
Laura Hitchman (Brighton and Hove) claimed the 150m from Jamie Lee Chambers (Crawley), although they shared the same time of 20.3sec. She also equalled her best winning the 75m with 10.5sec.
Darren Tremble (Crawley) dominated the 600m (1min.41.8sec).
In the 75m, Sam Gillert (Chichester) pipped Andrew Messis (Horsham) in 10.1sec, Gillert also won the long jump (4.69m), while Craig Haylor (East Grinstead) tasted 150m victory in 20.2sec.
Harriett Addison (Horsham) held off Sussex champion Jodie Hallett (Phoenix) to win the 1,000m in 3min.8.4sec.
