Charlotte Jalley has had to use a pair of stilts to make the finishing touches to 22 large pendant lamp shades.
She wants to make sure they are exactly right for the new Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's restaurant in London.
The prestigious commission is the greatest coup so far for the team from Brighton and Hove firm A Shade Above.
Whenever Charlotte gets up on her stilts, she know it's a high point in her career.
