A film that takes a tongue-in-cheek look at a city's trends will be unveiled to the public at a screening.
Living Down Here, a 30-minute film produced by Brighton-based company We Should Be, stars Stephen North, from London's Burning, and writer and broadcaster Simon Fanshawe.
Alastair Kerr and Kate Van Dike play a couple of London ex-pats living in Brighton who show their visiting friends round the city.
Emmy award-winning producer Richard Daws said: "It takes an oblique and tongue-in-cheek look at local trends and quirks as well as the increasing property fever."
The film did well at the International Film Festival and the International Television Festival in Edinburgh, where it attracted the interest of Channel 4.
It has also won a place in the Raindance Film Festival in London.
It will be shown at the Duke Of York's Cinema, Preston Circus, Brighton on tonight at 11.15pm. Tickets cost £3.
