Ben Carrington scored the opener and helped make the other two as Worthing bounced back from their home defeat by Wealdstone to win 3-1 in division one at Barking.
Rebels have won five and lose five of their opening 11 division one games.
Bottom-of-the-table Barking had Jay Sharland, booked earlier for a foul, sent off in the final minute after grabbing Paul Kennett's throat.
Carrington beat former Worthing keeper Jason White from a through ball by Gavin Geddes on 35 minutes, but Barking levelled on half-time when a Kevin Harvey free-kick was touched in by George Dalorto.
Rebels went on to take maximum points with goals from Gavin Jones and Andy Alexander.
The unmarked Jones struck with a left foot shot from a Carrington cross from the right after 70 minutes, and Alexander rounded things off in the last minute.
