Jim Caldecourt has unified two kick boxing world titles thanks to an organic diet.
The 33-year-old super welterweight WKMA champion stopped ISKA king Juan Paredes, from Spain, in the tenth round at Hove Town Hall.
Caldecourt said: "It is a good feeling to be the first of my peers to unify a world title and a lot of it is to do with the new way I approached the bout.
"I used to eat anything, including chocolate, but now all I eat is organic food. Chicken and rice is a big part of my diet and it is working.
"As you get older you have to find extra energy from somewhere.
He said: "It was the best fight I've had. I was so in control throughout. Nothing he could have done would have stopped me winning."
There could be a re-match.
Caldecourt said: "He was a worthy opponent and got a standing ovation and he wants a re-match in Spain. We'll see what he comes up with in the contract."
