A woman who loves all things pink was the lucky winner of a limited edition car - in her favourite colour.
Lou Peachy, 27, of High Street, Rottingdean, entered a competition in The Argus to win a pink Smart Car from gas and electricity company Seeboard as part of a campaign to promote energy saving.
Two weeks later Lou, a library assistant at Brighton University, got a phone call telling her she had won.
She said: "I like it because I love pink and pink things. I even dressed all in pink to go and collect the car because it seemed appropriate."
It was a lucky week all round for Lou, who started her new job the same day she discovered she had won the car.
She said: "All my friends and family have said it is perfect. It has got a lot of character and is very me."
The Smart Car competition was one of the most popular run by The Argus this year, attracting more than 3,500 entries.
