A car has crashed through a glass merchant's shop window - almost a year to the day after a similar accident.
The car came to a halt after crashing through the front window of Shaws Glass in Lewes Road, Brighton, yesterday, sending glass and debris flying over the front office.
The accident came 12 months after a car pinned an employee against the same window following a crash.
Manager Gary Berry received a call from one of the firm's directors telling him about the accident.
Mr Berry said: "I thought, 'Oh no, not again'. I just couldn't believe it.
"It's the same shop window and almost a year to the day of the previous incident. The chances of that happening must be pretty slim. Fortunately nobody was hurt in either accident."
