MONDAY: Peter Taylor passes on the credit to Bob Booker, Martin Hinshelwood and the players for his opening 3-0 home win over Oldham.
"I watched them train for two days and did most of the talking before the game, but I think Bob and Martin deserve all the credit and the players," says Taylor.
"I knew they were going to start like trains, because they are a very together group who give each other a gee-up at the right times."
TUESDAY: Albion recover from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Notts County in Taylor's first away match in charge.
Headers by defenders Nick Fenton and Ian Richardson put County in command early in the second half.
The Seagulls respond through Gary Hart and Bobby Zamora with his tenth of the season to stay in second place.
Trips to Brentford and Chesterfield in the New Year are brought forward to Thursday January 24 and Monday January 21 respectively.
WEDNESDAY: Taylor applauds Albion's fightback. "The fight of the team was really evident," he says.
"They had to show real character. To be 2-0 down at a tricky place to get a result showed how strong they are as a group."
Albion's FA Youth Cup tie against Wokingham at Windsor and Eton FC is rained off until Monday.
THURSDAY: Taylor reveals he is promoting Zamora's case for an England under 21 call-up.
Trinidad and Tobago want the young hotshot for their World Cup qualifier against the USA on November 4.
Taylor says: "I haven't heard anything about that and I'd be staggered if that is the case, because I have spoken to Bobby about England under-21s.
"He is still at a nice age, so I will be pushing him for that root with the talent he is showing."
FRIDAY: Taylor asks his players for another quick-fire start against Colchester.
His first game in charge against Oldham had seen Seagulls 3-0 up within half-an-hour.
Taylor says: "We need to start the way we started last Saturday and perform as positively as that."
