Once again, we have to read a very sad story of mistakes made by Social Services.
They let a poor, little darling suffer so much in the hands of the so-called adopted parents.
The McWilliams used little John as a human punch bag. They tortured him and put him in a dark room.
The little darling must have gone through hell and the Social Services saw the bruises and cuts.
That baby had no one to turn to. No wonder the doctors and police are so tired.
The McWilliams' sentence was too short. They were both as bad as each other.
As The Argus said, Mr McWilliams had a reputation for cruelty as revealed by his two previous wives.
I wonder if McWilliams would ever stand up to a man? I don't think so, I can only hope he suffers for this like little John did.
I would like to let John's grandfather know our hearts go out to him and the Mears family.
