Lewes will face a Sunday showdown with Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on November 18.
The FA have confirmed yesterday Rooks' FA Cup tie will be switched to Stoke with a 3pm kick-off.
Lewes were handed a home draw before their midweek win over Mangotsfield but chairman Terry Parris admitted the Dripping Pan could not stage the game due to safety concerns while other alternatives such as Withdean Stadium and Crawley's Broadfield Stadium have been ruled out.
A Sunday date has been agreed as Stoke's great rivals, Port Vale, are at home on the Saturday.
The move will disappoint a number of Sussex football followers who will now have to travel to the Potteries if they wish to cheer on Lewes.
