So South Central is cutting back services because it doesn't have enough drivers?
Can the company therefore explain why it put an upper age limit of 49 years in its recruitment ad in The Argus a few weeks ago, thereby excluding many mature and potentially excellent applicants?
There doesn't seem to be an age limit for bus drivers so why is there one for train drivers?
