Following the front-page article "Mayor sides count costs" (The Argus, October 31), it would appear the No campaign was true value for money, being half the cost and twice the vote, compared to the Yes campaign.
What I find puzzling, though, is the lack of published accounts by the Yes campaign.
Surely the people involved must know the figures and could easily set these out for all to see?
Constituents have asked do I know if Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company donated to the Yes campaign.
Without published accounts, who can tell?
