Under the Animal Health (Amendment) Bill, due for its second reading on Monday, the Government will be able to kill animals even if they have never been exposed to a disease and even if they have been vaccinated against it.
If you feel strongly that pet and sanctuary animals should be exempt, please write to your MP and ask him or her to support amendments to the law.
