I am sure all Albion fans wish Lewes FC good luck in this weekend's FA Cup match with Stoke City.
Unfortunately, the tie has been switched to Stoke's ground because there is no stadium near Lewes. This will apply again if Lewes win and are drawn home next round and in future if teams such as Seaford, Newhaven and Peacehaven reach the first round proper and are drawn against league opposition.
However, all could be different if Lewes District Council dropped its Luddite instincts and opposition to a community stadium at Falmer.
All sport in Sussex would benefit.
