I found the article on Western Parade-Millionaires' Row very interesting (The Argus Weekend, December 8).
The reference to a private beach was very intriguing.
The tidal zone between high and low water in England is Crown property and open to public access.
Permission to fence in or build on this tidal zone normally requires an Act of Parliament. Does Millionaires' Row have this authority?
The white buildings are very distinctive from seaward and are a useful landmark, particularly in poor visibility.
They are frequently referred to as the "millionaires' toilet block".
