Ross Minter maintained his unbeaten start as a professional with a second-round stoppage of Ernie Smith.
Minter's victory over the Stourport man at the Wembley Conference Centre made it five wins from five.
The 23-year-old from Crawley said: "Everything went to plan and, after the first, I felt he'd had enough.
"I kept on him but he was a spoiler and I just did not want to let him get settled.
"There was power in his punches so I had to be careful but I felt nice and relaxed. Smith was there to be beaten and I did a job."
Minter dominated the first round. Smith, like Minter's last opponent Karl Taylor, was repeatedly attempting to hold him but was given an eight-count deep in in the second.
Minter followed up to stop him after two minutes 38 seconds of the round.
He was on the undercard of Ricky Hatton's world title defence. Hatton produced his 27th straight victory. He can look ahead to much bigger things in the new year than the three minutes and 36 seconds defence of his WBU light-welterweight title against outclassed Australian Justin Rowsell.
"From the opening seconds I could see in his face that the fight was over,." said Hatton who knocked his opponent through the bottom two ropes with two left hooks in the first round.
