Spiritual healer Ross Heaven has helped a woman bury herself in the middle of a wood.

She stayed in the grave overnight, covered with earth, in a bid to get rid of her trauma.

Ross, who hails from Hove, says the earth becomes a womb for people who undergo this process and they are reborn at dawn the next day.

For this woman and others, it's a grave new world.
