The professed wife of a bus driver doesn't lay out many concrete complaints about the Brighton and Hove bus services that the company could actually deal with (Letters, January 11). Of course some people have complicated journeys - and there is no easy answer to this - but surely the unusual occurrence of ten different buses behind each other is better than the equivalent of several hundred cars in a line?
Apart from traffic and staff shortages or sickness, perhaps she could enlighten us as to why she thinks some buses are late and let us know of the dream city in Sussex or elsewhere that has a better and cheaper service?
