Chris Bristow believes he can put his experience to good use after being called into the England under-16s squad again.
The 15-year-old Worthing club goalkeeper won three caps last season against Poland, Belgium and Wales.
He said: "I kept a clean sheet against Wales and only let in one goal in each of the two other games. It should stand me in good stead.
"I am very excited about flying the flag for a second year. It is a busy schedule but I'm ready for it."
Bristow, a pupil at The Worthing High, is attending a five-day England training camp in Exeter this week. He is hoping to take part in international tournaments at Manchester next month and Rotterdam in July.
He said: "I'm working hard at the camp. There are 21 of us and we will be whittled down to a squad of about 16 for both tournaments. I want to make sure I am in the core 11 who will definitely be involved in both tournaments. Hopefully I have a chance because I played last year and the other two goalkeepers included are in their first year."
Friendlies against leading clubs are also being organised. Bristow said: "It should be fantastic. I see it as a great opportunity for me."
Bristow, 6ft.2in, trains every day. He said: "I skip every morning to improve my agility and do press-ups to help my fitness. I also work out at Reps gym in Worthing once a week. I'm slimmer and fitter than I was last year."
Christina Houslop, from Horsted Keynes, has been chosen by England under-21s. She is in the first squad selected by new under-21s manager David Passmore, who is based at Uckfield.
Passmore said: "Christina has really developed as a player this season."
Passmore guided England under-18s to a European gold medal two years ago when Christina and twin sister Frances were in the winning team.
He said: "I'm delighted and honoured. I know a lot of players from the under-18s and we will get in plenty of training before matches start in May."
