The North Quay area of Newhaven, with its rail facilities, is ideal for the Albion's new stadium, unless the town council and St Modwen have other plans for that site.

Peacehaven is a prime example of bad planning, creating a hotchpotch town which has spread over acres of downland.
Brighton and Hove is gradually changing from a popular Regency seaside resort to a scruffy, overcrowded and overbuilt area with too much input of ideas from non-Brightonians and moneymakers who could not care two hoots about destroying our heritage.
