A school meals provider has won a new contract with Brighton and Hove City Council to supply pupils' dinners.
Castle Independent has been providing hot meals to schools since the council was formed in 1997.
During those five years, the percentage of pupils eating school meals has increased from 36 to 41 per cent.
The firm employs more than 300 staff, who produce 10,400 meals a day.
