I don't believe the Falmer site is suitable. The Albion, who are clearly on the up, need somewhere larger.
I am told Shoreham is one of the largest brownfield sites in the country. Surely this is the place for the new stadium?
Why choose a greenfield site in an area of outstanding natural beauty when you have a brownfield site waiting to be used?
Not only that, but Shoreham would also be near the original Goldstone home. Let's face it - a Falmer stadium would actually be nearer Lewes town centre than Brighton.
