Worthing completed the double at their own mini festival.
They dominated their home event, which attracted 1,200 players, to win awards for being the top overall club and the best Sussex club.
Worthing won the under-eights, were runners-up at under-sevens, under-11s and under-12s and claimed the under-tens plate.
Duncan Hart, chairman of the club's minis section, said: "It was a good show that proves Worthing are the premier club in Sussex. "The kids got extra motivation from the first team's league and cup win double (London South East League Division Three and Sussex Cup)."
The under eights went through the season unbeaten. Oscar Evelyn scored the decisive try in the 5-0 victory over Hove in the final.
They have lost only once in 88 matches in two seasons.
Their latest success follows tournament glory at Chichester, Windsor, Thurrock, Lewes, Sidcup, Guildford, Bournemouth and West Sussex.
Coach Lester Hadfield said: "We've got the ability to score quickly and have a terrific defence.
"It has been a fantastic season. We seem to make a habit of beating previously unbeaten teams, like Wimborne and Chobham."
Worthing under-sevens were defeated 20-7 in their final by Windsor and the under-11s were pipped 10-5 by Old Elthamians while the under-12s lost 10-0 against Hove.
It was Hove's fourth successive tournament triumph as tries by Sam Whiting and Miles Nurse sealed victory Coach Andy Whiting, Sam's father, said: "The lads won at Uckfield, West Sussex and Hastings and Bexhill and they are also in the Sussex final against Haywards Heath. Four in a row is fantastic and it would be great to add the county title. What a way to end the season."
Hove also reached the under-nines final where they were defeated 20-5 by Crowborough, who won at under-eights 12 months ago. Tries by Michael Davies (2), Robbie Noble and Andrew Norman secured Crowborough's triumph.
