I was one of the thousands who packed the Brighton Centre last Saturday. It was a wonderful show, a real pleasure. Russell Watson deserves every bit of fame.
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra played beautifully and the 13-year-old Maori singer, Hayley Westenra, had a lovely, pure voice. I do not believe The Argus's critic, Mike Howard, was ever there.
