People in many parts of Sussex were going to the polls today in local elections to district and borough councils.
For the first time in 28 years all seats in Eastbourne and Hastings, where there have been boundary changes, were being contested.
Elsewhere, a third of seats are being contested on councils in Adur, Worthing and Crawley.
There were no elections in Brighton and Hove or on either East or West Sussex county councils.
Results in later editions of The Argus tomorrow.
