Is Peter Taylor saying Bob Booker is a better manager than he is? How come Bob could manage the Albion in Division One with a limited budget when Taylor cannot?
As far as I am concerned, Taylor has just used the Albion to look good on his CV. It is a kick in the teeth for everyone connected with the club - players, board and fans.
