As I wait in what used to be a nice little station, I survey the graffiti, the missing windows and clock and think about the drunks, drug addicts and those who leave their mess for others to clear up.
They have more human rights than I do. I can understand why Brighton and Hove City Council want the city to be the Capital of Culture.
