All ballroom dancers should know that beginning on June 11, weekly Tuesday evening ballroom dances will be held at the Pavilion Ballroom, Worthing, with just one or two switches to the Assembly Room for a few dates in August.
The Pavilion is a fantastic venue with a superb dance floor.
Mel Douglas and his wife, who run the Steptoes evenings, are excellent hosts, playing a range of recorded music to suit all tastes and ensuring everyone is catered for.
Some limited popular sequence dancing is also played and this is great fun and easy to learn. The charge is £4 an evening and there is also a raffle.
The evening starts at 7.45pm and continues to 11pm. It is appreciated everyone cannot arrive at that time but this is no problem.
This is an evening for all age groups. If you enjoy ballroom dancing, listening and dancing to good music and good friendly company, you will not be disappointed.
