Pop heartthrobs Blue will top the bill at Party in the Park this Sunday.
The r 'n' b-inspired boy group will perform their chart-storming debut All Rise and latest single Fly By at the free party in Preston Park, Brighton.
Southern FM Breakfast Show hosts Danny Pike and Nicky Keig-Shevlin also revealed Romeo from the controversial garage ensemble So Solid Crew will be playing.
The Baha Men have also been confirmed.
The quirky group shot to fame with the song Who Let The Dogs Out? in 2000.
Irish pop singer turned Hollywood star Samantha Mumba won't be able to make the open-air pop party - but her little brother will be appearing instead.
Omero Mumba is only 12 but he's already following in his sister's footsteps.
He appears alongside Samantha in the hit movie Time Machine and has just signed his own record contract.
Other acts announced were Mousse T, featuring Emma Lanford, Steve Balsamo, Aurora and Ashley.
Today's announcement completes the phenomenal party line-up which also features Gareth Gates, Sophie Ellis Bextor, former Steps members H and Claire, Sugababes, Liberty X and Hear'Say.
But Nicky took some fans by surprise this morning when she revealed Gareth Gates will open the concert.
She said: "Gareth is the first act on stage.
"He'll be kicking off the party at noon so get there early or you'll miss him."
Southern FM expects crowds of more than 50,000 at the annual pop bash.
Danny said: "Once again this year we've been able to pull together the best pop acts in the country to come to Sussex.
"The reputation of Southern FM's Party In The Park has grown year after year.
"I think we have a great variety of music on offer and people will have a brilliant day."
The official Southern FM programme is out tomorrow, priced £2.
