The Israelis should talk to the two Palestinian groups said to be responsible for the bombing in Israel and, if they agree to stop, go back to behind the borders allocated it, including the unauthorised settlers.
If Israel refuses, it will be clear it does do not want peace but prefers to confiscate more and more of Palestine and make the Palestinians prisoners in their own land.
Sharon has said he will never give up any land occupied by the settlers and continues to build more houses for Israelis.
The US is on Israel's side and vetoes any move to bring the United Nations in so it's about time all the EU nations sent their armed forces to Palestine and freed it from the occupiers.
