About 2,000 young sailors will be competing this weekend in a bid to find Britain's Olympic heroes of the future.
Sailors from Sussex will be taking part in the South-East Zone Regatta as part of the Home County Championships.
Coaches from the Royal Yachting Association will be there to tell the youngsters about the Olympic squads and to give tips on boat speed.
Those selected will have the chance to represent Britain at overseas events with subsidised boats, equipment and travel.
This year's event, for youngsters aged nine to 18, is taking place at Bewl Valley Sailing Club in Kent.
More than 200 entries are expected from across the South-East, with 2,000 competitors in the six regional events.
