What an emotional day it was on Sunday to see so many people running in Race For Life with names on their backs of the loved ones they had lost to or who still have cancer.
My pal Joyce Friend was one such runner with my name on her back.
I have breast cancer, back for the second time in a year.
I know she has raised more than £500 for Cancer Research and hope millions were raised on this day to help find an easier way of treating cancer.
Well done, each of you who was out in the rain to help this worthy cause.
