On behalf of many senior citizens living in the North Shoreham area, may I thank Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company for taking over the new No 19 bus service (Shoreham Beach to Southwick Square).
It is not often I can praise bus drivers but, in little more than five weeks, all have got to know all the senior citizens and where they like to get on and off the bus. Now more people use the service.
However, could we have a better service on Sundays and Bank Holidays around this area? Perhaps the No 20 between the Holmbush Centre and Steyning could cover this part of North Shoreham when we do not have a bus service? Many senior citizens feel cut-off at these times.
