Dave McLean started a club night in Brighton 20 years ago to provide a venue for alternative music.
In a young man's world, he's still going strong even though some members of his audience these days are the children of his original friends.
He is enjoying the job so much there is no time for him to feel ancient, even if he is the oldest swinger in town.
