Do all politicians think the ordinary citizens of Brighton and Hove are without sense?
Dennis Constant (Letters, July 13) tells us the submission of his personal comments on the parking consultation for Goldsmid ward is not a party political argument.
Well, Mr Constant, readers may well take your personal view seriously if you had not deemed it vital we should know you are the Conservative chairman for Goldsmid ward.
Ah, but then maybe you are among the many of us who realise the Conservative Party may well have lost the art of being political.
There is little that happens in this city that is not political, least of all the introduction of a parking scheme designed to fill the coffers of the council after the private company has creamed off its profit.
