Martin Webb has travelled around the world but there is nowhere he loves better than Brighton and Hove.
He is now giving something back to the city by donating a house to the charity Off the Fence.
This generous gesture will enable the charity to provide a home for youngsters who have left their own homes or who have nowhere to go.
The house is worth £330,000 and is a great boost to a charity that is doing a good job for vulnerable people.
Martin has become a millionaire through knowing what youngsters want and starting the C-Side chain of pubs.
But he also knows there are many young people who cannot enjoy the fun because they are frightened.
If other business leaders follow his example, the house could be fully furnished and other homes provided in the future.
