I was in Brighton at Big Beach Boutique II. With a few friends, I headed down to the beach early to get into a good position.
All was going well until a man in front of us fell to the ground and had a heart attack. Nina and I were able to keep him alive until the emergency services arrived.
It took more than an hour for an ambulance crew to arrive and a further 40 minutes for the paramedics. The man had another heart attack while we were waiting.
The bouncers were extremely good. They were able to split the crowd down the middle so we could stretcher out the ill man.
I would like to thank the emergency services and the paramedics.
After we put the chap into the ambulance, we could not get back down to the beach because they were trying to clear it and all the mobiles phones were not working.
Anyway, apart from that, it was a superb evening and I am looking forward to the next event.
