EasyJet chief executive Ray Webster declared the real work had started as he formally completed the £374 million takeover of rival carrier Go.
Mr Webster said a great deal had been done since the acquisition was announced in May, including sorting out the top two tiers of management.
But his to-do list included making a decision on whether the head office would be at Stansted or Luton and planning next summer's schedule. The low-cost airline also operates flights from Gatwick.
The merger creates Europe's largest no-frills airline.
