I would like to thank the kind people who came to the assistance of my son Billy during the afternoon of Friday, August 2.
He slipped over while walking in the paddling pool at Hove Lagoon and cracked his head open.
Special thanks to the gentleman who called the ambulance and who gave first aid - you did a brilliant job; to the lady who kept talking to Billy and to the lady whose son's T-shirt had to be thrown away.
Finally, thanks to the emergency services and the staff at the RSCH A&E department - we thought you were great.
Thankfully, Billy is now making good progress.
