Alan Sparrow and Lee Perkins have proved they are safe pairs of hands in a emergency.
Mr Sparrow, an electrical fitter, and project supervisor Mr Perkins, who both work for Seeboard Power Networks in Crawley, took first prize in a national first aid competition.
Mr Sparrow also gained the highest individual score in the electricity industry national first aid challenge.
They were one of three teams representing Seeboard at the event at Lougborough University. With them were team reserve and first aid coach Liz Eade, Paul Hawker, Mike Holloway, Christine Middleton and Jonathan Freeman.
Mr Perkins said: "We'd like to encourage some of the younger members of staff to get involved. These skills are vital as you never know when you might need them. It could be with your family, a friend or a work mate."
The team will nowcompete in the St John Grand Prior contest in Buxton, in October.
