I am tired of people whinging when they are caught for motoring offences.
They have broken the law. What do they expect?
I may disagree with the law saying I shouldn't break into someone's house to get out of the rain but if I become a burglar, I don't expect the police to pass by and ignore me.
If you disagree with the law, take it up with the lawmakers. We elect them to take decisions on our behalf.
As a law-abiding motorist, I see petty, car-centred law-breaking as the thin end of the wedge that leads to tolerance of bigger crime. Pay up and be glad it's not a criminal offence.
