The Irish singer returns to the venue for an easy-listening evening of ballads, love songs, country and rock 'n' roll.

But Kirwan won't be alone. He will be joined by Stars In Their Eyes grand finalist Loretta O'Sullivan, who starred as Patsy Cline.

BRIGHTON BEACH BOYS, Hanbury Arms, Kemp Town, August 21
He played Danny the drug dealer in Withnail And I and hard man Miami Vice in Lock, Stock - The Series.

Now Brighton actor Ralph Brown is trying his hand as a pop star.

Brown has launched a Beach Boys tribute band with local singers and musicians Rob Breskal, Steve Wrigley, Rory Cameron and Adrian Marshall. Doors open at 8pm. Tickets cost £5.

VIVIAN JONES, Komedia, Brighton, August 21
This prolific reggae artist had his first UK Number One in the reggae charts in 1980.

He has worked with some of Jamaica's top producers, including Bobby Digital and Junior Reed, and since 1995 has released his music on his own record label, Imperial House.

He will be joined on stage by Brighton reggae band Sun.

FIN, Sanctuary Cella, Hove, August 16
This Midland rock group are playing the venue as part of the Tidal Sessions acoustic night.

Formed more than a year ago, Fin revolves around singer/songwriter/keyboardist and acoustic guitarist Jamie Evans and guitarist Tim Wilson.

They are currently recording their debut album while their debut single is due out next month.
