Barns Green recorded a vital 40-run win in Invitation division two at home to Ansty.
Green, who are third from bottom, set a target of 218-7 as McAllister hit an unbeaten 94 and Woodward 48, before Ansty hit back as Shaun Janman took 5-72 off 19 overs.
In reply, Ansty made a poor start and were 23-3 in the tenth over. But 16-year-old debutant Kristian Piolet hit a defiant 35 and Stuart Wheeler made 30 to stage a recovery.
Ollie Lambkin took 5-63 off 14 overs to help dismiss Ansty for 178. James Robinson (23) and Barry Crouch (20) batted best for Ansty, who are now fifth in the table.
Champions Broadwater celebrated their title success with a win at Keymer and Hassocks. Keymer made 179 all out as Tony Alcott took 6-37 and the Worthing side were 180-3 in reply.
Pulborough beat Henfield by 33 runs after totalling 142-9 and dismissing Henfield for 119.
Bottom side Petworth Park lost their 11th match of the season at home to Goring. Chasing 126-9, Goring were 127-2.
