Wyndeham Press, the Hove-based specialist magazines printer, has sold the freehold of its division at Newbury, Berkshire, for £3.7 million.
The company, headed by former Brighton and Hove Albion chairman Bryan Bedson, will lease back the premises.
The proceeds will be used to reduce the companys borrowings.
