Motorists are being warned of two weeks of road resurfacing works set to start on a major route in Brighton.
Contractors for Brighton and Hove City Council are set to start work in Montpelier Road, Brighton, from Monday.
Work will take place from 7am to 5.30pm on weekdays only and include resurfacing of the 50m approaches to Montpelier Road in Montpelier Terrace, Montpelier Place and Western Road.
During the work, there will be temporary closures of Montpelier Terrace, Montpelier Place and Montpelier Road.
There will be diversions in place but access to Waitrose car park, off-street parking and businesses will be maintained.
Temporary signals will operate in Western Road. Bus services will continue to operate as normal.
